Guilfoyle III and Vice President Rosemary Guilfoyle, has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry’s ever changing policies. Daniel L. Guilfoyle III As President of Public Adjusters Incorporated, Daniel L. Guilfoyle III oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, trains and develops his staff and consults with approved experts in the adjusting, inventory, remediation, construction and estimating fields. Prior to establishing Public Adjusters Incorporated, Dan served as a Large Loss Specialist at one of the nation’s leading insurance companies where he handled high value, complex claims. Working his way up from an entry level adjuster, Dan held a number of positions with increasing responsibility within the company where he acquired commercial claims experience. With nearly 20 years of insurance adjusting experience, Dan is truly a leading authority in his field, handling all types and sizes of property losses. He is uniquely qualified to review insurance policies, understand and interpret potential coverage issues and identify opportunities that could maximize claim potential. Dan is a member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and a Trustee Member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. |
Rosemary Guilfoyle As Vice President of Public Adjusters Incorporated, Rosemary Guilfoyle manages client relations and oversees new business development. Rosemary is also actively involved in locally and nationally recognized industry organizations, which enables Public Adjusters Incorporated to remain on the forefront of pressing issues, new trends and best practices within the insurance adjusting field. Prior to establishing Public Adjusters Incorporated, Rosemary served as a company adjuster for two of the nation’s leading insurance companies, where she was responsible for handling high value, complex claims. In the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, Rosemary served as a senior claims adjuster, coordinating with the team responsible for working with attorneys and experts across a broad range of industries to reach settlements in large, complex residential and commercial losses. As an experienced loss management specialist, Rosemary has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance adjusting field and has handled all types and sizes of property losses. She is an accredited claims adjuster in the state of Florida and a member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) where she serves on the Board of Directors. Rosemary is also a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and a Trustee Member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. |
